Starfield System Requirements

Starfield is a demanding game. To play at minimum settings (likely at lower resolutions and frame rates), you'll need at least an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel Core i7-6800K CPU, an AMD Radeon RX 5700 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti GPU, and 16GB of RAM. If your PC is significantly below these specs, you may struggle to run the game smoothly.

For minimum settings, an AMD Radeon RX 5700 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti is required. For recommended settings and a smoother experience, aim for an AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080.

Starfield requires a minimum of 16GB of RAM. While the recommended specs also list 16GB, having more RAM (32GB) could potentially improve performance, especially at higher resolutions and settings.

It's highly unlikely that Starfield will run well, or at all, on integrated graphics. The game requires a dedicated graphics card with significant processing power. Integrated graphics solutions generally don't meet the minimum requirements.

The best graphics settings depend on your hardware. Start with the recommended settings (if your PC meets them) and adjust from there. Lowering shadow quality, draw distance, and ambient occlusion can significantly improve performance. Experiment to find a balance between visual fidelity and frame rate that works for you.
